What does "3 free Pro scores, lifetime" mean?+
When you create a free account, you get three full Pro-quality TDCI scores with no card required. Those three scores do not expire. When they are used, the scorer still works but feedback depth reduces. Upgrading to Pro removes the cap entirely.
Is the Demo Brief tool available before Pro launches?+
Not yet. The Demo Brief tool ships with the Pro tier. If you want early access, connect with Chad directly. Early access users get input on the scope fields and format options before it goes live.
What is BYOK and why does it matter?+
BYOK means bring your own key. Enterprise customers can route TDCI scoring through their own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. This matters for teams with zero-data-retention requirements, internal compliance policies, or air-gapped environments. All scoring logic stays the same. The model call routes through your key instead of ThinkRoot infrastructure.
What does "advisory access" mean in Enterprise?+
Enterprise includes direct access to Chad for TDCI calibration sessions, demo program reviews, and scoring interpretation. This is not a support queue. It is practitioner-level advisory on what the scores mean and how to act on them inside your specific demo motion.
When does Pro billing start?+
Pro follows a simple rule: score first, pay when you need more. Your three free scores do not expire and no card is ever required to use them. When you are ready to go unlimited, upgrading takes a minute. No trials that auto-convert, no usage cliffs that surprise you.
